Come learn more from Dr.Nikolai Vitti, DPSCD Superintendent, about an important millage to continue funding DPSCD that will be on August ballots. We'll also share about the history behind DPS’s bankruptcy, and how we can secure this funding for our schools! If we don’t win this millage, DPSCD could go into a $120 million deficit. Saturday, May 16, 2026, 9am-3pm (Matrix Human Services)

May 16th, from 9am-1pm, we’re inviting every member and supporter of 482forward to our annual Spring Conference at Matrix Human Services (13560 E. McNichols). We will also have a presentation from our sister organization, 482Forward Action, from 1:30-3pm following lunch. This will be a celebration of the important work we’ve led in fighting for fully funded schools and more, as well as specific workshops, training and conversations around how we can continue building power towards a city where there are quality schools in EVERY neighborhood. We will also have CLEAR next steps for how to get involved in the work between now & November elections.
